INTJ mesmer. Wow so many intj mesmers around

Same thing w/ eles which is what I am: INTJ ele. Well I'm glad there's more people who are somewhat like me lol. Though INTJ strictly can be too broad but still very good and fairly accurate.

INTJ - highest level char is Warrior, followed by Mesmer and Necro, but I play pretty much all classes. I usually gravitate toward the shadow/death knight (dark warrior) or warlock/necromancer/illusionist (dark sorcerer) types.

Two things about these tests, though:

1) Most online tests have a bias toward INTJ if you answer "correctly".

2) There is of course the issue of response bias, since this poll is advertised on an internet forum.

To better figure out your personality temperament you should look at a description of the cognitive functions. If you are really an INTJ, for example, then your primary function is introverted intuition (Ni). Ni dominant types are big picture, strategic thinkers, always asking, "Does this work?" "Does this fit into the master plan?" "How does this connect with everything else that I know to be true?" You usually see an Ni dominant type directing an organization either up front or behind the scenes with their vision for the future, or "lone wolfing" it on their own. An ISTJ, on the other hand, is introverted sensing (Si) dominant. Si involves details, rules of common sense, down-to-earth in the moment assessment, and past experiences. Si dominants ask questions in their heads like, "Does this new information match my previous experiences?" "This always worked in the past, so why doesn't it work now?" "Is something missing or out of place that should be here?" This is why Si dominant types make such great investigators, managers, and protectors of society's traditions.

So you see there is quite a bit of difference between the usage of cognitive functions, even if a test tells you that you're borderline or have "changed type" over the years (which is not really possible, since your brain's preferences for using cognitive functions is hard-wired before birth as part of your neurophysiology).

More on cognitive functions:

INTJ, mesmer, guardian however I feel like I'm a true INTJ not just one that barely fits into the category. I play these 2 classes because it seems like I am always finding new ways of playing with them. They both lead well, guardian with its support, mesmer with its shut downs. In any other mmo's I always play the class I feel I could have the most impact on the fight with. I want people to notice when I am in their group and in more then one occasion people have said I'm going to reroll to your class.
