"Introvert Online" sounds interesting too, if only I can get enough funding to start my own studio.

Truthfully, part of why I throw my lot in with GW2 in the MMO market is precisely because it's a lot more introvert-friendly for various reasons. Notably that befriending people through actions in the game world itself happens much more naturally. It also helps that introversion and soloing isn't "punished" with being limited to subpar-performing PvE gear.
Very true, I like being around people. I think people wrongly confuse "introvert" with "antisocial" more often than not. A person can be introverted without being antisocial.
Your post also puts a finger on why I enjoy GW2 as much as I do, because its social model fits my own social pattern a lot: I like being around people without necessarily interacting with them though I will help them if they need it (open world/dynamic events), I only feel comfortable in my own circle though I'm open to meeting new people as long as they're not overbearing (casual and social guilds), and I prefer smaller, warmer gatherings to big groups (dungeons vs raids).

Quite surprised about the amount of "I" (24 vs 5) - but perpaps the majority of people are?

ISTP
***** my extroverted/introverted marker was practically right in the middle with maybe one tick over towrds introverted. soooo take that how you will, i personally think im pretty extroverted, im usually the life of the party so to speak, but i avoid bars and big parties and im a rather home body. but i love company and cracking up and talking casually with folks so i hate to put down that im introverted when im really just in between.
anyone else have this problem?

honestly i think it does take a bit of introvert to be someone who is playing these types of games. think about it, these games are designed to be a time sink. you've got to LIKE to be couped up in your house on the weekends. thats a level of introvertness.
in my above post, i was saying that at the job and whenever plans are made for a lot of us to hang out, im the life of the party, usually the loudest and most funny and most charming (HAHAHAAHAHAH DATS RIGHT!!!) but on a day to day basis, im a rather home body who avoids social scenes like clubs and bars.

I'm social in games, because for me it doesn't drain my energy so much as being with people in real. But I definitely hate doing PvE over a long period of time with someone. It's so draining it makes me crazy.

This is just preliminary data, and I don't see any real correlations, but it is interesting that ISTJ's seem to slightly lean toward the Guardian profession (though that could just be attributed to sample size/randomness). ISTJs are part of the Guardian Keirsey Temperament, and are described as being super-dependable, persevering, and dutiful. I'm probably just reading too much into it though.
Also, I have not yet figured out how to include the people with borderline personalities or multiple/all/no mains, so this chart does not include those.

I'm largerly known to be very extrovert and direct with both friends and complete stragers, I lead people in sports/games, but since I hate being in big chaotic crowds I said no to all those questions like "don't you just love being surrounded all day by 8000 goats farting, sweating and making noise?" the tests says I'm "slightly introvert".
Guess the test was made when population density wasn't this high, lol.

INTJ/Realiable Realist - Elementalist
I've always loved being Healer/support if that adds to anything interesting.
