Are we going to have guild capes in Guild Wars?

Have you heard anything about this outrageous thing called adding guild capes ? Did the developers say anything?

IIRC, they've said that they don't have the technology to do them properly without clipping issues. My memory could just be wrong though

Mostly how impossible it is to put them on charr, with their hunched backs and penchant for running on all fours.
