as for tonight, i am out of words, sos seems to celebrate too much for just 1 win, and lowered our guards, although it only 11pm au time. we seems to be outmanned in every borderland, this never happen before we hit t1, normally we will have good amount of ppl until 2am.
hoping sos will start picking up the slacks
Let the tears from 2v1 cries start flowing again.
We respect SoS and think you guys deserve to be here in t1 but don't start that 2v1 excuse because it's nonsense and comical.

But it's always fun to read these forums. The excuses of PVE being thrown around last week are now being used by the server that denied they existed, and the 2v1 accusations are also starting to pour in -- the best part is it's not even Wednesday yet. Glad to see WvW hasn't changed much!

Right now SBI are the deserved leaders and to say otherwise is just being a sore loser.

One server taking a week off after climbing from 10th ranked to 1st ranked.
Two guilds being able to field 3 to 4 GUILDS worth of people, hats off to you.
Some of these fights have been the best I have seen and its been a blast fighting with both sides, even tho some of the fights seem a little sketchy (JQ showing up just as we start to wipe SBI off their land)

This is because neither JQ nor SBI can filed full strength on all the maps at once, so our commanders bounce between maps.
It is not unusual to be outmanned on 2 out of 3 borderlands, while the main forces are working the third.
Surprised you haven't noticed this...but that's what's going on.

I was speaking for some of us only not for the whole server ofc. And if not SoS, is there anyone else more deserving to be in t1?

I don't think they will.

No 2 servers have every seriously made a conscious effort to 2v1 another server on T1. I've seen claims, even seen a few people claim to organize a 2v1 situation. It's just too complex an idea to ever work in reality. Too many individual agendas and egos to ever make that an effective and meaningful strategy.
What people see the first and second week of T1 that they've never seen before is their 2 opposing servers having enough players round the clock to field full time Zergs while still having objective focused groups hitting specific targets at times of their choosing. For instance, let's say JQ sees SBI mashing up against SM, owned by SoS. We've seen it so many times in T1, we know when SBI will and will NOT break off an attack. We keep an eye on it.
If we see SBI is going to take it, hypothetically, it would make sense for us to NOT jump in and TCB somewhere else. If they can't take it, but weaken SoS enough, hypothetically it makes sense to finish the job. SBI does the same. They watch JQ and SoS fighting and react for the BEST possible advantage.
Unfortunately, that means the newcomer always is behind the 8 ball. They see a 2 v1, but in reality it's just T1 business as usual, where the advantage other servers make FOR you are better than the ones they make you fight for... SoS has yet to adapt to the situation.
I was surprised by SoS's tactics in week 1 of this current grouping. I kept expecting what Blackgate did. As such, many times I got rolled hardcore and felt like "WTF is going on here?" This week, I kinda know (as do our commanders) what sort of action SoS is likely to take.
Some on SoS see that their old strategies don't work and see 2 servers arriving at suspiciously timed inoportune moments for them and yeah, sure it must be 2 v 1! But no, it's just that now each of the other 2 servers can anticipate you, and we know each other so well, we kinda fall into patterns.
If I hadn't been around for the last 6 weeks, some of the stuff I've seen would LOOK like 2 v1, SoS and SBI double teaming us. But it's not. That's just how it flows. I expect after we fend off an SoS attack, SBI is hot on your heels to hit us after you've softened us up. I know if we flip one of SBI's camps and next thing the SoS zerg shows up, that's just life.
Every sever has 2 other server fighting them. It looks like 2 v 1 because, really ALL servers are being double teamed by the other 2. It's just NOT intentional or planned out. You 've got two enemies to deal with. We do too. Trust me SBI cuts us no breaks. At all. And we have to pick or fights with them very carefully. Just the same way SoS cuts us no breaks and we have to pick our fights with them very carefully.
The only difference between SoS and SBI is SBI knows it's not a planned 2 v 1 and uses it for an advantage. SoS sees it as a 2 v 1 and tries to fight it like that. BG said the same thing week 2. IoJ said it week 1. We used to say it when HoD dominated.
But we learned it wasn't true. And we became a better server for it.
We're in 3rd place right now, sure. But we've been in T1 a long long time without dropping to T2. You get used to it.

If there was a true 2v1 where both servers form an alliance and gang up on the other server no matter what in all borderlands, it would be bloody obvious, and that clearly is not happening here.

How much of SoS have you seen out there actually fighting? SoS bl and EB right? The other two BL's have had almost ZERO organized presence on them. Its rather clear that some of the SoS guilds are taking a well deserved week off after busting arse to climb up 9 ranks.
Its monday and the fight is far from over, lets see what happens friday morning!
