I haven't been over on these forums for quite some time, I just wanted to stop by and say GG to all the WvW players out there this week.  I had a lot of fun as usual in WvW.  Keep in mind that if it isn't for each of our servers with people logging on, the game would suck and not be fun w/o people to kill.

MMAC was the reason JQ was first.. I'm glad 3rd place is fun to you w/o them since they left JQ sunk like a rock can't argue with that.

It just goes to show how important a single guild can be to a server. Like War Machine for us, or PRX for SoS.

yea cause MMAC leaving to SoS had such an impact the whole 1 player that left JQ tearing it apart gg.

Abandon the leader of MMAC by your own guild members is a fact and can't argue with that either. oh wait in before Walker claiming MMAC carry SoS to victory same as what dennis the menaace did before. oh snapppppxx.......

/salute to all on this.  SoS, JQ, SBI, we all fell on the field to the opponents at least a few times.  Honestly, you guys are why WvW is the greatest thing GW2 has to offer, and as long as great competitors like you are out there trying to crack our plays and counter our strategies, It will never be a dull moment!  Seriously, you guys have been great.

See everyone on the field at shuffle, and win or lose, GG!

Umm...  Depends on whether they are winning or not.  If not winning, they are busy with PVE, RL, other events or outmanned buffs (excuses like you outnumber us 10-1).  If not losing, they are having great fights, camping JP, etc.  I learn all these special codes from these mighty warriors on this forum.  I know what excuses I'll use for whichever occassions.

GG to all involved, JQ, SBI and SoS.  Many great things this week, it's always fun trying desperately to flee from a pack of LoD hammercharr or suddenly getting run over when an SF pack shows up out of the blue.  Dodging crowds of WM while trying to get a couple shots at that treb or sitting there trebbing a keep only to have a trio of thieves from the THIRD server suddenly go straight for me in the Vale supply camp.  I hate you for that AoS but it was well played :-P.

Let's keep this interesting, keep it fun and leave the trash talk to the forum warriors.  Those of us who showed up on the WvW battlefield consistently this week know we fought hard.  Best to also accept that your opponents fought hard too and are worthy of respect.

It was never competitive. It wasn't designed to be competitive. It will never be competitive. Bragging about wvw wins is like bragging about winning a basketball game when the other team showed up with 1 guy.

Just grab a group or 3 of your friends and attack some people. You'll find you have less to complain about if you don't worry about the scoreboard and just fight. Just avoid the zergs from whichever server is currently 'outskilling' the others with double the coverage. Hell gather up on one map to make it even better.

  This is a frequent topic of discussion in my guild.

   ANet doesn't really have anything that makes guilds important in any particular way. We don't even have guildhouses, let alone any sort of guild vs guild entertainment.

    I fear this coming week may be even less competitive than this week was, but I hope not.
