IoJ coming out pretty strong tonight, ahead of SoR. I still think they're good enough for tier 2.

SoR had out manned buff in sor bl at the start Lost garrison before other people started logging in.
Things got better when more people realized that reset was an hour earlier than they thought.

You actually seemed prepared for our rush tactic this time. Had several arrow carts up at the water gate aswel. First couple of hours played out like last reset in the same bl. IoJ getting pushed out of the map. This time however we didnt have a small team hitting your northern supply camps, which hurt us when we tried to take your stuff.

Good fights all around though. Lets keep it up

Wow tonight has been fun in EB, good fights back and forth IoJ, thanks for the badges

Biggest issue  SOR has is that even tho they have the same tactics used against them every week by every server that beats us , since launch   they still refuse to adapt any of those tactics into their gameplay .

  Rarely do you see SOR  running skrimsh groups behind the enemy backlines ,using hit and run tactics and trying to avoid the enemy, while causing them to send defenders to chase the skrimsh groups around playing suplply camp tag .

Rarely do you see squads  patroling their back lines recaping  supply , instead it is mostly like last night ..

  Last night you had 4 sor  commandeers all running around in sor starting area , chasing the 4 group skrimsher , and playing supply camp tag while the other side main force took bay keep.

you had no one attacking the other side supply camps, trying to bleed them of supply and force them to divert troops to recap , instead they had a endless supply of inc supply , while everyone on sor side chased 20 people around and played supply camp tag , while losing a keep . lol

  This game isn`t that hard really , sadly too many think it is just numbers and zergs when instead it is good tactics .  

psst   game is point based  you need to attack soft targets, use diversion , deception, and indirect attacks, while using hit and run tactics to divide the enemy and drain him of resources    .
..

  You`d think after having the same strats used against you every week for 3 months , basic reasoning skills and common sense would kick in and they would go  woaaa   ,  they keep using that strat on us and it works good  ...

......  maybe we should try something like that too  .....   I think i`m aiming a bit high tho .

Well well....it's my first post on these forums.

I have to say IoJ is doing quite well. Atm leading by 1000 points with the top Oceanic guilds [HIRE] and [ND] hopping from BL to BL capping everything in sight.

HIRE also had a lot of good fights against [Thai] and I hope to continue those fights in the future

Overall good luck to everyone and I hope to see you on the battlefield!!

SOR's biggest issue these past two weeks is playing for 2nd.

BG BL At reset last night. IoJ spent over 3 hours defending against relentless SoR attacks against the S.E. Tower, and S.E. Camp, and the Hills.

In that time, BG was able to fully upgrade everything on the northern side of the map. They simply held back, poked and prodded hills and bay a few times, and escorted their yaks.

I let my emotions get the better of me, and got fed up with SoR. I told my teammates that I was making an unsound tactical decision and rather than doing what was "right", we were going to * with SoR. And * with SoR we did. I hope you enjoyed re-upgrading briar over and over.

Yep if you are already in second and the guy in 3rd place is so far behind there is no way they can catch up let  alone pass your score .,
wth would you still focus on taking the 3rd place guys objectives and allow the guy winning to keep his stuff .

you would think the effort would be focused on attacking the guy in the lead to try and close the score gap , instead of letting him run away with it while you show the guy losing whos boss haha

CDS was kinda prepared we had some members down there keeping an eye out and building siege. Some of us under estimated your numbers and speed and where still capping camps when you showed up at water gate.
Too my shame even when i saw your mesmer come in behind us I didn't swap to my daggers and kill him, I stuck with my short bow hoping to aoe you guys down after you portaled in. Which due to the 5 person aoe cap just doesn't work when you can ress people faster than we can down them.

And the circle continues, a LOT of people on SoR are getting pissed that IoJ will keep attacking us instead of black gate so we hit back. You guys whine and bitch that we are playing for 2nd or some bull shit and keep attacking us.

I have never seen anyone on SoR want to play for 2nd, we all want to hit black gate but when we do IoJ keeps attacking us which annoys people and causes them to focus more on IoJ than black gate.

When we own all of our corner in eb and all 4 towers and the 2 camps in black gates corner and are attacking their main keep what does IoJ do? They decide to hit umber and then bravost rather than attacking sm.
When black gate is pushing into our corner and taking our towers what does IoJ do? Come right in and attack our camps and towers instead of attacking black gate.
When we are down to nothing but Langors in eb with black gate setting up siege on one side what does IoJ do? They set up siege on the other side of the bloody tower.

So seriously stop bitching that SoR is playing for second, when you hit us of course we are going to hit you back.

Had a ton of fun on IoJ Borderlands tonight. Must have captured Bay and Hills 4 times throughout the afternoon and night. Probably the most epic battle was when we had a back and forth with SoR on the bridge south of Hills keep. It was such a prolonged fight that both sides got ballistas and arrow carts on their respective ends of the bridge. They did finally manage to take Hills after an hour or more of fighting inside and outside, but we took everything back about an hour later and made the map a nice shade of red.

Looks like we'll be having this match for a few weeks yet if nothing changes below or above us, so hopefully the fights stay as exciting.
