The notion that there is  (or should be) some kind of convention on who can acceptably be assaulted and who can’t is absurd. Screw the math, screw extrapolation on ratings - If territory can be taken from an opponent, take it. Calling a server out for attacking the “wrong” side is asinine.

There was a scenario last night (oceanic time) where IOJ were positively pounding us in EB and had a large force holding us at bay from pushing into other areas on the map. At this time BG was sitting 3^rd on the table, with the lowest ppt. Now, is there anything wrong with IOJ’s tactic? Not at all. Does it mean they are playing for 2^nd place? Not necessarily, and it doesn’t bloody well matter. It made for some good fighting is all I know.

There is a certain irony in the fact that there is less posturing on the battlefield than there is on the forums.

BG and SoR working together or ignoring each other? Could have fooled me. Pretty sure when we had an epic fight in SoR Garrison today, BG had been trebbing them from Dawn's Eyrie before we showed up, and were more than happy to wrest it from them had we not done it first.

Also pretty sure that if they were focusing us, once they split BG/SoR BL, which they virtually always do since IoJ can only cover 2 maps consistently, they'd just hop on over to IoJ and push us non-stop. So far the only time that's happened was during EU time when RK/DR(sp? It's deutsch) got their PvDoor on. And that was only after they'd made virtually every other map an ugly shade of green.

So yeah, nobody is working together or playing for anything but #1. It's all about being opportunistic. If SoR is fighting tenaciously, and IoJ has... nobody on, why not target IoJ? Hell, I would. The same holds true for any server against any server.

I'm having fun this match regardless. Been lots of good fights, whatever the score may read. We'll be seeing each other for a few weeks yet if Tier 1/3 hold, so no need to get all uppity.

SoR BL at least has some Green on it but no red at all while there are some Red on Bg BL.

also it was truely pvdoor we should have had  695 ppt  right ?

i used to think that oh shit they were doubleteamed us all the time but then i realised may be its us who had the least coverage at that time thus weakpoint for anyone to grab. surely we arent having any policy to focus anyone right now.

I wish I could figure out how to make video's, would've been awesome to show how we on BG borders, crushed BG's 10+ golem rush on bay. And the several times we crushed them with their little asura mesmer blinking his way inside.

I'd be embarrassed if I was double teaming one side and still losing.  Given SOR's huge zergs and how bad they are they'll never be tier 1 material.

Lol I guess if anything this graph proves the trends of who is fighting who at least in part it seems that both IoJ and SoR have worked with BG against each other.

Who is worse than another, when they both hired the same merc to kill each other. /shrug sounds like a tragedy

Team Legacy had a great night tonight! It was fun bouncing around Blackgate Borderlands and messing with SoR's MASSIVE group.

I think we did pretty well considering we were out-manned the majority of the night and SoR had some big numbers.

There is nothing funnier than watching a mesmer glitch through bay wall and die before he can drop his portal then his whole guild run away.
Also having your whole zerg attacking green lake while we cap bay and red briar probably wasn't the smartest move. =P

  Stop posting these BS posts.  Oh noes a 3 server battle and 2 servers are attacking the same server at the moment... but werent before.  Yet, just before that, you might have been with Server A, against B and C came to help you (A)..  Should Server B make this same post you did?

Bring us screenshots/video of them doing it (along with guild tags) so we can monitor and watch for it and report them ourselves.  I personally am not aware of any SoR glitching into Bay, but we are aware of SoR glitching into Hills.  Those members were removed from their guild and have subsequently been banned from GW2 completely on top of that.

I think the thing that has so many of the SoR people up in arms is the fact that this wasn't just a guild group doing this (like was the case on SoR glitching Hills).  It was the entire BG zerg on the BG BL at the time (roughly 30-40 strong during one attempt, mind you there were 4 attempts with this glitch in a 2 hour stretch).  Perhaps some of them were oblivious to the circumstances, but you can't tell me no one noticed the guy drop the portal outside the keep first and then glitch in to drop the second portal.  At least if you were trying to hide it from your realm mates, you would drop the portal inside first and hop the wall back out to drop the second portal in an attempt to make them think a mesmer was hidden inside.

In the end, it is what it is and we have to move on.  Let's all make an attempt to catch these fools and make these matches clean from here on out.

Here we have people from all 3 servers throwing baseless accusations at people from other servers saying server X is bad and they should feel bad. This match is incredibly close and anyone can move for a second upset at this point in the week.
