So it's already two days, playing in the Underworld server, that the Gates of Arah is bugged and cannot be triggered. A server restart did not seem to solve the problem. I'm already dying to finish the story line, and also start doing Arah for the platelegs I'm so desired for.
Sup Anet? When will I be able to finish the story?

That happened on our server on Dragonbrand. Try the official forum, https://forum-en.gui...um/support/bugs  I just went to WvW till it got fixed. >.<

I doubt he was honestly addressing this to anet. Probably more of a general complaint to the forums, and express his frustration. Which I share too. It's not fun not be able to do content like a dungeon due to an event being bugged/

I've been in Guru for long enough to realize that. What I do realize, is there are people like me who play the game(Well sort of, usually I'm rather busy playing it than complaining, oh the irony?)

This thread is more of a feeling sharing and taking things out. There are little to no details in this game that ruins it for me except for this problem. Yeah, no need to go all combat and start attacking the poster.

No need for nasty comments. A lot of people share the OP's frustration and posting critical questions of any kind on the official forums has a tendency to get you banned. If you want to moderate this site ask GW2 Guru for a job. In the meantime,, spare us the trolling and hall monitor crap. Some of us are interested in what people think on this and other issues, which is why we come here.

im sure they have a seperate team dedicated to Gem Store sales that has very little interaction with the bug fixing team.

Welcome to Underworld Server, where Arah works only for less than 1 day, after every Tuesday's update, you have a couple of hours to join/participate before the Events bug, if you missed your time window,I am sorry but you will have to wait for next week Tuesday's update.

Shame on ArenaNet, Arah is still burger bugged, every time I want to do the dungeon , Arah is bugged. When are they planning to fix this? It is ridiculous to wait for server restarts, seriously, they should implement a permanent solution and stop this, I mean, Arah is the End of the "Personal Story", I think this should be priority number 1 on their fix list.

I opened a Post on the official forums months ago, but nobody gives a *beep* about it, it seems in other servers Arah works perfect, if that is the case, then I am really considering changing server.

mate, when gw2 came out I had to wait 3 weeks before I was able to finish my storyline at the final step, doing the arah dungeon. Just be patient lol there's nothing else to do ^^

See the thing is you shouldn't have to wait that long to finish it in the first place. I'm fine with skill point bugs or other small things, but events being bugged that stop you from accessing a portion of the game, is IMO just stupid.

I think Arah has about 1/7 days uptime. Working as intended?

Oh and path 1 gate bug still exists, path 2 second boss being unresponsive still exists and path 4 giganticus unresponsive still exists. Might take a couple more months for them to fix it np

Seems like people don't really care about Cursed shore anymore.  Most of the waypoints are contested all the time even on my server.

OK you may try looking for party in the LFG website and have a leader with the gate ready for the exp mode.
By then you should able to do the exp, just with a little bit more effort on LF party.

As a mesmer, i really won't like to see any Arah patch coming until i have finished the grinding. if you know what i mean

The gates have been closed on our server for a prolonged period as well. We were aiming to complete that part of our personal story and can't get past the gates to do so. My guess is that it would be dealt with in the next upcoming patch.

Yeah there's a truth in your post right there. It was kind of annoying having to wait. I got 100% world completion before I finished my storyline. That's like unusual?
