In 2006, GW1 sales in Taiwan, NCTaiwan take care all players from Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Player in Taiwan / Hong Kong with have no choose, they force to using account name with [email protected] not their email, and than few years later nctaiwan close service for GW1 and moved all account information to US NCSoft.
Maybe i need to take a feeling for "Aren't me thankful that i could saving my account!", but this is just a nightmare begin when i playing in GW2.
2012 Summer, GW2 launch some of BWE event, first time i meet my issues like:
- Cannot be change my account name.
- Cannot be purchasing gems in-game.
- Cannot be verified my email address. (but can get in game! Aren't me thankful 2nd)
Of course I made tickets in support.guildwars2.com in that moment.
These problem, since 3 months ago, none of its solved, and also making new problem to me at last week update: I cannot login to my account in account.guildwars2.com, forum.guildwars2.com also.
Facing this problem, raise ticket for them, a funny reply that comes out with "This purchase was made using a stolen credit/debit card and was thus flagged as a fraudulent charge."
My god, my game purchased in www.guildwar2.com. Okay, this should be talk another days.
But I can still login to game, aren't me thanful 3rd by the way.

PS: I have suff some Taiwanese forum and also found out many of "back player" with account name [email protected] facing the same problem, also getting report to them and no solution. I hope that we can getting some help on your support, to let ANET to taking serious on these problems, and I will be very appreciate.
