the lost shore one time event rewards ... are they somekind of armour/weapon that we can get elsewhere ??

The one time rewards were just a bunch of random rares and exotics. You also got an Ancient Karka Shell (http://wiki.guildwar...ent_Karka_Shell) that's purchasable from a trader in Southsun Cove in Canach's Folly for 1000 Karka Shells. Other than that, you just got a free karka-themed 20 slot bag.
So nothing that was exclusive, except for the bag's skin.

I've heard that a large amount of players got legendary precursors from the final boss chest.

Legendary precursors are exotics and since the end-chest dropped exotics, some people indeed got precursors, Baktwerel.
