How long have you been getting it, and when was the most recent. Log in servers were having issues earlier.
If it's not related to that, I'd guess there is an issue with your account.

If you have done nothing wrong, then no you aren't screwed, but it might take time for Anet's support to fix things.

I got that a lot yesterday while playing - if I tried to type into the Guild or Party chat. It appeared to be a temporary glitch.
