You are looking at 5 years of console, not 10. They might support it for 10 years but that is not the same as a 10 year circle. Given the cost I doubt it will be a thing in the next 10 years.

Only 2 more days and we'll supposedly find out everything about the ps4! Those leaked images of the ps4 controller didn't wow me....although they are supposedly just dev kits. Good news imo though that ps3 games will be available via some sort of streaming service on the ps4. I never expected the ps4 to be backwards compatible so this at least gives those of us who missed the ps3 a way to play all the great games that we never got to play.

You do know that is a developer version right? And they are never the same as the final.

The new ps4 controller looks pretty darn good imo. I'm not a fan of motion gimmicks, social features, etc.... but it looks like a natural progression from the dual shock 3. It is slightly larger with a better d-pad, better triggers, better handles, better ergonomics, and just a sleeker overall look. Compared to the dev kit controllers this one looks awesome.

Nice to know a guaranteed 2013 ps4 release date...I know what I'll be buying myself for the holidays! Some really sweet games confirmed for ps4 too!

Crysis 3 dev apparently said that the PS4 could only push out 5% better graphics performance than PS3 did with Crysis 2, and that it was nowhere near the capabilities of current-gen PC's. TB says that even playing 1080p at 60 fps is suspect at this point.

I want a reasonable cheap price and fun games ... oh and lots of fighters again and rpg's.
I don't mind if the graphics aren't mindblowing but I want my games to be polished.
If I want a monster I could just get a pc really.
Also I wouldn't mind if one console would vanish from the market ... especially if they end up being clones of each other again ( I'm looking at you ps3 and Xbox360)
Also I have no interest at all in FPS ... which are super awkward to play anyway with controllers on consoles to begin with.
