Hi all,

I have inquired about this many times but never got an answer yet, so I'm trying my luck here now...

There is a rumor about the audio of the legendary pistol having changed from the squeeky honkhonk sounds to bubble popping sounds. Is the rumor true or does the Quip still have the old audios? Is there anyone around with a Quip/who has a friend with a Quip who could check this for me?

If it still has the squeeky sounds, I might make this a long term goal of mine. If it changed, I won't bother with it.

its the legendary pistol...apparently it was made for clowns.

as to OP, I have no idea as I've never seen it, but I've never heard that rumor either.  It's possible that it makes both noises however.

one off topic question, are those popcorns that are coming out form the pistol?

For a moment I thought I'd finally get the answer xD Oh well... I think they are flowers but for all we know, they could be popcorn too... the Quip is just that crazy.

I know, would love to get a confirmation from a player though who has a Quip/a friend with a Quip. Not everything on the wiki is 100%.
