[Nonlinear]

binding anything to shift in any game is just a bad idea (imo) when shift can be coupled with key presses to make other things easier.

I bound my F1-F4 to Shift+1 - Shift+4, heal to shift+q, elite to shift+w, weapon swap to shift+e, skills to shift+a through shift+d.  I use Q/E for strafe and W/S for forward/back and my pinky is always over the shift key so I never have to move my left hand to do anything (I also bind 4 to A, 5 to D and camera turn)

Im a noob that only plays PvE , so double tap is fine for me. Only down side is having to turn it down during JPs.
