Do maintenance oils, Potions, Tuning Crystals and Sharpening Stones stack? or do they replace each other?


Example if i use a Sharpening Stone and then use Maintenance Oil will the maintenance oil replace the Sharpening Stone or do i get both effects?

I believe you can only have one nourishment and one food-consumable active at a time.  If you use SS and then use MO, the effects of the MO will replace the SS effects.  On the other hand, I *think* this also means that you should be able to have SS/MO up and also use a food consumable like a peach tart and keep both effects.  Haven't tried this myself, but the wiki page here seems to say you can....
