I dont have a guild or friends that play so I always found myself playing solo at random times and could hardly ever find good action even on full servers. Are there any servers where theres constant large scale DAoC type battles no matter what time of day it is? I want 40 vs 40 fights not 10 vs 15 or similar sissy battles.
Any zervers more "zergy"

Can't comment on anything below tier 2 (haven't been there in awhile) but T1-T2 are all about the zergs.

I'm not sure even T1 can give you maxed out battles round-the-clock, but yes obviously you will want to go to the highest brackets with better participation to get what you want.

Even T3 usually has that level of engagement somewhere on the maps at most times. The fights aren't always even though - good Commanders will be trying to ensure that even if numbers are balanced on the macro level individual fights aren't (sending 10 guys to try and distract 20, so you can then take your main objective 30 on 20, etc.)

Best you can do is tier 1 Eternal Battlegrounds right after reset, otherwise there's still no guarantee you'll find a good battle.

tier 1 and 2 have large constant battles around the clock.
tier 3 does from Tarnished Coast's perspective, not so much the other guys. FA and Yak's both see their WvW experience more like a mashup of the two movies Groundhog's Day and 300.

WvW is all about zerg whether they are smaller or larger. Tiers makes no difference so if you want to avoid zerg, go do the structured pvp.

The more organized servers are the 1s that have the larger zergs.. More likely top tier and tier 2.
