Currently running full cof except headpiece, thats t2. I'm bored of it and need some inspiration.
Im gettin jelly seeing all humans, sylvaris and norn looking good in their light armor.
I must say most armors I've seen look like crap on charrs, now I need you to prove me wrong!

Well yeah. All I'm hoping for right now is the possibility of a race change.

This is my lady charr, dressed up in what she will look like when I can find the money for T3 items! She's a Mesmer if your wondering. :D

If your character is male, then the charr cultural sets are among the best light armours in the game. There's the norn T2 and the asura T2 (or is it T1?) that also look fantastic, but anything else is pretty much appalling for guys.
If you have a girl charr, then ... I'm sorry, you are screwed.

Luckily I only make male characters. Have only looked into t3 charr. Gonna take alook at t2 then. :)
Edit: Yeah sorry buddy t2 isnt nice at all, only headpiece. Which i have haha.

My necro's in a combination of T1/T2.  I've started wearing the T2 shoulders, but don't have a screenshot of it.  I wear the Dry Bones helm when I want to be fancy.

Personally, for my charr, the simpler the armor the better it looks on her.  Details end up stretched out or compacted in weird places. :/

I really like your armor combination, soxx!

My Mesmer is level 37 only and I went for the full T1 Set.
I do like that armor set, since it looks quite good in combination with my fur colour:

Bringing this back since I got tired of the cof armor. I would like to see a mix & match of light armors on charrs. Bring it please!

I think you should precise your Charr's profession and if you want him to be "fitting" wih the lore as a whole.

For example, sets like Cultural T1 or T2 are very fitting for mesmers and necromancers, but I dislike them for my Elementalist. Other "elegant" light armors are not fitting at all for a Charr imho.

I instead went for the Vigil chestpiece and T2 legs and am actually saving for the T3 chest (and probably legs, in time). I also use CoF gloves and boots and T2 shoulders.

That gives my Charr Elementalist a "brutal" look and it's not particularly obvious he's an Elementalist at first glance (if you fail to notice his hugeass scepter), which I'm happy with. I'll upload a pic tonight once I get home.

Hehe I guess u have emberglow?

I'm rolling a necromancer. I dont like t2 because you cant change your shoulders when you equip the chest. And t1 isnt very appealing because I dont want long sleeves :P

I have the money for t3 but dont like the look of it, only the helm.. So need some pictures to get the inspiration flowing.

I'm here to make you all regret not making Charr Necromancers! I felt like a more unconventional theme was in order for my Charr since it's not a typical caster race in most people's eyes and D/D is a pretty unusual spec for a caster in general.

It's an absolute shame we never got the Flame Legion outfits - or at least something that shows the same amount of fur:

Or stand up instead of hunchback. Would look so fierce.

Personally, I absolutely adore (some of the) their skill animations. They are absolutely my favourites next to the asura and the norn.
So how they present themselves is pretty darn amazing in my eyes.
