Well .. just because I can, when I`ve made my chars did not pay enough attention to armors and chose totally random those orders. Now if order X can`t use Y or Z's armor. Is there any way to cheat this? Getting with other chars and using trans. stones or so ?

Yes exactly as you said.
Here is my thief to show it works.
Note the Whispers Mask and Vigil Shoulders

I believe the process is:
- Purchase the Orders armor on the character that can
- Transmute the look onto a white item
- Put it into the bank  (It will say soulbound, but other characters can still take it out)
- Take the item out with the character you want to wear it
- Transmute the look onto a new item of your choosing
- Wear it

Thank you. Close to lvl 80, when done , gonna try it. I`ll be screaming back if not working :P

To be clear, I have not attempted this process.  This is just what I have picked up from other topics about getting soulbound skins onto other characters.

Just wondering.. If you do this, does the other character that buys it, does it have to be the same race as the one you want to 'give' it to? Or doesn't the race matter at all?

Race doesn't matter.

Race nor profession matter.  Say you want Vigil armor for your non-Vigil character.  Have your Vigil character buy the armor pieces and use a fine transmutation stone (required since it is a level 80 item) to transmute the appearance on either a white OR blue item.  The item will then become account bound.  Place it in your bank - then any other character on your account can transmute it to their armor.

For the record I did this exact process this past Sunday.  The guardian in my avatar joined the Priory and I had my Vigil engineer buy him Vigil heavy armor.  The pieces were transmuted onto fine grade items (blue items).

*fun fact* You can repeat this process to make cultural armor account bound as well - race does matter when dealing with cultural armor though.

Oh well, it's working. Did the trick with some vigil and whispers pieces and worked perfectly.
