As with making any new topic in a forum, there is a good chance it will backfire and get a bunch of people to stomp you out of existence. Especially when you're not a regular and have no profile pic, like me.
I logged on today and was pleasantly surprised to see everyone who responded to my topic did so as reasonable-minded people. The way people might respond if I asked in a face-to-face meetup.
So thanks for that and for making me feel like I wasn't crazy.
Topic was locked but I want to give credit where it was due

The "bad" part of community is, atleast partially, gone by the time. The nice and good ones will continue to stay here

Honestly , i dont think most care about your profile pic or your history in the forums.
People will stomp you if they dislike your ideas , just like others will support you , that is all there is to it.
