Does any one know if the Ashes of the Effigy is cartable at this point? If so, where would one find the recipe for it?

I'm debating on leveling up jewlcrafting to make these. However I want to ensure they're able to be made at this time, or if they're just in the databases.

I'm guessing the recipe drops from one of the last bosses (maybe chests) in CoF. One of my guildies got the recipe drop for the AC one a few weeks back and that requires pretty much the same thing (except tears of ascalon instead of carvings).

Yea, it drops from bosses/chests but it's very rare. It's like the tortured root recipe.
