My videocard is an XFX 6870 Radeon HD (Runs 55-70C, Depending on what im doing)
CPU- AMD FX-8120 Oc'd to 4.4Ghz (Runs around 30-35C -watercooled with the corsair H80)

Now every now and then it will get lines on the monitor or will do this thing where it splits the screen in half. Not always but maybe once outta every 5 times i play.

I don't think its the heat or anything.
Does anyone know what could be going on?

SETUP:
CPU: AMD FX-8120 4.4Ghz
Motherboard: ASRock Extreme 4 AM3+ Socket
RAM: 16Gb G.Skill DDR3 (1600)
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 6870
PSU: XFX PRO 850W XXX Edition Semi-Modular
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1Tb 10,000RPM
Case: COOLER MASTER Storm Scout

Any idea's would really help out.
And Thank You in advance!!!!!

Your HD6870 is boinked, probably, but there's a couple of things to try first.

- make sure that the 6870 is fully seated in it's slot. Even better - remove the 6870, check the slot for dust, hair, bent contacts, etc, and re-insert the 6870, making sure it's fully seated.
- make sure that the power connectors on the 6870 are fully seated, undamaged, etc.
- also, of course, make sure that the 6870 is not covered in dust and that the fan runs freely.

P.s. Even though your operating temperatures are normal, you could still have a "thermal fault". A thermal fault is a fault that shows up when things heat up (or, less often, cool down), most often associated with bad solder joints but sometimes due to internal cracks in component's materials.
