Go check out the Lenovo Ideapad Y series.

Their new line Y400/Y500 has an ultrabay that supports a second 650m in SLI. The 650m ultrabay is currently only available in China but will be releases in NA soon.

I just bought a 14" Y400 for $799 with a 2.4ghz i7, 8GB ram, 650m.

They have a promotion going on now for them.

Can one expect to play at medium settings with these?

With an i7 you should pull off high in PvE and sPvP, expect FPS drops in WvWvW. Dual 650m score around 3.7k in 3dMark11, so it's a little bit more than AMD HD7770, which is capable of running this game on high. Bare in mind that both SLI and Crossfire suffer from so called 'microstuttering' - imho it makes any game nearly unplayable due to frequent stuttering, even when your machine should be fine in any possible scenario. I've seen Far Cry 3 played on this laptop and it was painful to look at - Fraps indicated constant 50-60 FPS in FHD (medium details), while user's experience was as if it was way less than 30.

Yeah, you'll be able to pull off high with no AA, I can run the game at mostly high settings at 1920x1080 at over 30fps with a comparable GPU. With an i7 as the above poster said.
