Our guild in Seafarer's Rest (EU) accepts people from all levels and nationalities.  We also are looking for people who have interest in PvP, PvE and/or WvW.

Most of the guild members are from Europe, we are using mumble.  We are not a competitive/hardcore gaming guild, but activity (in-game and forum) is encouraged within constraints of real life (all of us have families, school, work or a combination of them), so some degree of inactivity is understandable.
