Concerning Dragons-yes that mod'll do(as long as they don't respawn-I want to have effect on the world dam it!). I want interesting and challenging Dragons, not mere BUFF Dragons.
Concerning spells-that mod is certainly nice, but it is more alike to Midas Magic/Lost Telvanni Codex than it is to Mighty Magic. If you never played Oblivion with it-it rearranged spells that are Already in the game to reach a point where all schools are useful-both Offensively and Defensively. It also changed values(cost/dmg/...) in order to achieve a Sense of progression(I'll never forget Legendary Wound Spell-it drained ONE THOUSAND health!!!! Insta-gib LoL haha! But it costs 534 Magicka and requires 100 Illusion). And yes, drain went to the Illusion(just think about it: Drain Spells DO NOT damage a being, they merely modify the attributes of a being by convincing it that something happened. Now is that Destro or Illu?), Absorb to the Restoration(Resto is about Balance and taking from unjust/evil to give to the just/good-is that Myst or Resto?), Mysticism and Alteration got few new tricks. All in all, it made playing a mage awesome and it truly gave you unparalleled Sense of freedom.
Edit: By the way... Did anyone figure out how to bring Back Mysticism? It was very stupid to remove it(but Hey! It's easier to remove than it is to reinvent/fix)...
Do not think of me as of lazy person(ok maybe I am lazy but that is Besides the point now
), but there are SOOOOO many mods to choose from that I need recommendations(LoL!)...
