Sometimes there's an ori mine right under Pagga's Waypoint. How do I get that one?! Didn`t see anything to climb or so.

That's either in the jumping puzzle, or there's sometimes one outside on the cliff, which can be accessed by climbing up the sides towards the waterfall near there.

Yeah, that one is in the jumping puzzle area. (the puzzle you have to jump off the cliff SE of hope falls POI)
If i recall correctly, that location in the puzzle is behind the chests and kind of up a wall to the right.
