In WvW i kept encountering an asuran engineer, when fighting him, would always hear these strange hilarious sounds. They sounded high pitched, like a nya nya nya nya nya, and some popping bubble sounds.
what was causing this?

If you saw flowers, confetti and colorful ribbons in the air, then it was the legendary pistol, the Quip.

Quip is the best weapon. I guess the people who hate it are the people who get humiliated by a pop gun shooting streamers in wvwvw.

Wow, that's interesting.... makes me wish I use pistols. Is there any one-handed sword that has a special sound effect that anyone knows of?

The Bolt makes zapping noises but as far as I've heard, most people found it really annoying. Can depend on the person though.
