Well, first off its been 4 weeks, not 2.  And second, please see the above post from Sauron in AGG which is a SoS guild.  Third, like I said, you can wait 2 hours for reset and see for yourself, or get in game and ask any of the commanders.

So I was mistaken on the time they have won, you still ignored my point to link the website or screenshot the forum post.

Again - I was TOLD this is in the Guild Leader Forums on the SoS site.  I looked at the SoS main page and theyre discussing it in the open chat as well.

Actually I'm pretty sure they've been on SoS for at least 5-6 weeks.  Sometime in October a match or two before the Halloween event started.  They even made a post during the event.

Don't know why they left SoS and went to a Euro server.  Doesn't really make any sense but oh well.  I doubt SoS will suffer much if at all considering rumor had it they were at 40ish members and dropping fast like everyone else.

Most of the top 6 servers got what it takes to get to #1. Few got what it takes to stay there. I hope this doesnt turn SoS into a new ET / HoD server. Was looking forward to fighting you guys

/sigh to those who got upset at me for questioning TheProfessor5, grow up. I never said he was wrong I asked for proof if you are someone who just accepts information given to you on the internet then this community has bigger problems than the current state of Guild Wars 2.

Not surprised at all that they left.  Not surprised that they think they need a new challenge, because they seem awfully full of themselves.  Am surprised they would essentially * over the SoS people they claim to like by doing this with no notice beforehand on a reset day.

loool how are they *ing over SoS?  Are you saying PRX is the reason why SoS went from #10 to #1?  What guild on SoS are you in?

That's a reasonable assumption to make. They have a nearly full guild with ~100 online during some times. Additionally, they were probably the reason why a lot of other guilds moved to SoS. So yes I would go as far as to say if PRX didn't move to SoS, then SoS would not be #1.

Unless my information is wrong they haven't had 100 online since the TA days/when they first went to SoS.  The last time I was on FoH it was said they were down to half that and still dropping weekly.  That was weeks ago.  If PRX still has 100 active WvW in a BL at once and SoS starts losing badly and drops out of T1, I'll agree with all of you.

But I really don't believe they are as strong as everyone thinks anymore.  I'm sure they still have enough people to make a difference.  I'm sure the people they have left are good.  But I doubt them leaving is going to drop SoS.

We'll see, but then again I'm not sure it matters anymore anyway because I believe soon if something doesn't happen WvW across all servers will be dead.

Maybe they are waiting for Darkfall?  Or, is there another game coming out that I don't know about?  Cause if they are I do not blame them.  WvW is getting very tedious (at least for me).

We don't know that yet. I'm personally staying optimistic that Anet makes changes to WvW that keep it viable and fun for awhile to come. Maybe I'm being naive, but I still enjoy WvW and I'm trying to keep a positive outlook on things. If the changes are good, it sounds like PRX will be back on a NA server at some point in the future, assuming they accomplish whatever they're after in the EU bracket.

That's a lack of loyalty. This happened on DAoC too when they allowed realm hopping.

Quick ANet, put up paid transfers only before we or SBI get the bandwagoners again like when HoD went down.

The kind of player a server attracts when it's #1 is meh.

This will be a big hit to SoS coverage.  That said, SoS has won three weeks in a row.   PRX pretty much ran one map the whole time, while the other pvp guilds like TSYM and WORK ran theirs.  Even with this loss, SoS remains a T1 server.

You shouldn't - they never said they would.  They're doing what they need to do to stay challenged and thus retain players.  Let's be honest, there isn't much to do outside of W3, and even that has it's flaws.  If you're that sad, move to Seafarer's Rest, or join PRX.

well ET and HoD need another server to join them in the bottom tier. Enjoy your slow, painful, drop to the bottom but dont worry it will only take a couple months and by the time your spiral to the bottom is complete you will know all of the 4 people left on the server by name and you can play hide and seek together in a big open world all by yourselves. have fun
