in Dark Souls I found gravelord Nito very hard to kill if you don't wear any divine/light weapon. *ing reviving skeletons!
Why would anyone not pop into their inventory and equip their Divine weapon. :|

:B

EDIT: Seriously? NO ONE is commenting here about the first gameplay video of Dark Souls 2? INCREDIBRU!

My impressions are that graphics have been improved significantly and gameplay wise, I feel it a bit awkward, like if the character animations were faster than in DS1.

It looks good! More Dark Souls is pretty much what we wanted. I just seriously hope they improve the co-op system because the system in Dark Souls is just not that good. It would be a much better game if that was improved.

Nobody comments in how big his feet/shoes seemed? The rest of the presentation itself was "more Dark Souls". Which isn't a bad thing.

Hello everybody, just wanted you to know that a shield contest for Dark Souls 2 is being held in the facebook page of the game. You download a template from the app, design your own very unique shield and upload it, then people votes. If your design is selected it will appear in the game, along with your name in the credits and you will also receive a copy of DSII signed by From software team. You can upload 3 designs maximum and are tied by region. If you live in the US you have to download the US template, if you live in Europe, european template, etc.

Link for the contest : https://apps.faceboo...oulsii/?gallery

I also uploaded 3 designs but these are my best I think. Hope you like 'em and thx for your time!:

I think they are bringing dedicated servers back for Dark Souls 2, if that is your question.

They will be using dedicated servers.

As before, you can play alone, or summon an array of warriors from the vast arsenal of online players - ported over to a dedicated server from Dark Souls' peer-to-peer system.

I'd just like to be able to continue playing with my friends in co-op without having to re-summon after every boss fight.

So does that mean that we'll have to leave summon signs again and again? And have our friends disappear after every boss fight?

Can we even invite friends on Steam/Xbox Live/Playstation Online to our games?

I think I read somewhere that they were working on making multiplayer more "direct". But "direct" is a very broad term in that context so no clue.

That would make the game a lot easier, a mistake DS2 can't make. This is not a happy-go-lucky game to breeze through with a friend. This is one of the best experiences in game history because of the way it makes ppl feel. Summoning help for a boss is ok, but doing whole game with 2? To gank invaders? It just doesn't sound very "Dark Soulish" to have someone pick this game up for its co-op. There are loads of hot-knife-in-butter experiences out there for you and your friend. Let there be a game that is actually challenging for a change. Thank you.
