Decided to try Queen Spider solo this morning.  The beginning of the vid includes some add disposal and some hectic moments, but once the queen was stabilized, it was a very easy fight.  Got a few AC tokens and some liquid karma for the trouble.  In hindsight, a phantasm build would have been much quicker and easier.  I think I've found a new purpose in between new content!

Nice, could be worthwhile if you improve the speed. I wonder how well I could go about doing this with my Thief running a short bow build with Thieves Guild as some support.

I think it would be doable for sure.  She'd obviously be focused on you primarily.  Maybe with quite a bit of condition removal?  The AoE poison is avoidable, but definitely requires speed since it's quicker than most AoE.  I was really sloppy with avoiding poison in this vid, but I did get out of the circles quickly, which is a big part of it.  You're still left with the poison, but it's not compounding on you like when you're in the circle.
