My alt's not max level yet (and not close enough to be exploring Orr safely). So can I go get a temple armor for them with my main, as in, buy it with my main and put it in the bank for my alt to take out and wear when I reach level 80 on it? I can't remember if it's account bound or bound on acquire. Thanks in advance.

No. Karma items are all soulbound on acquire.

Yes you can, I do it all the time.  My level 14 ele and 30 Guardian are rocking level 65 gear because they look awesome.  Buy the karma item with main, buy a white armor from npc, then transmute and the soulbounded will become account bounded.

Edit- Thinking about it, i usually take the stats of the white, never tried with the stats of the exotic sooo maybe..I'll try it, I got karma to burn.

Oh, if you only want the skin, you definitely can transmute it onto a blue or white piece, which will become 'account bound', but any quality above green is soulbound if you want to keep their stats, which is what I think the OP wants.
