Seems you're already on Tarnished Coast.

See, people really are quitting in massive numbers!
*rolls eyes*
But more seriously, this should be a sign as to how "full" really doesn't mean much since A.Net clearly has the ability to shape what that word means.

My point was, if you want to move, you can move. Not that the game's dying. Nor that it's not-not dying.

Honestly, though I know the game has lost a slew of players, the status doesn't mean much other than what you can and can't move to at that moment. Un-full could simply be the increase of account caps placed on servers.
Way back when I played EQ1, in the early years (1-3.5 to be precise) they actually had the number of players logged in listed on the server selection button. You could actually see the numbers. Fast forward 3.5 years, players leaving for other MMOs, other games, bored, whatever. Sony stopped posting those numbers on the log in screen.
Fact.
The company can manipulate the numbers if they want to, and it may not be by intended design if they do. It could simply be as simple as increasing server caps.

They just finally realized it was time to update the real status of their servers. Don't illude yourself, they didn't made their server more powerful, they just updated them to the real status, with a growing massleaving, removing that fake full status. Looking forward to see soon NA list like european server list, loads of server on low
But hey depends, commercially talking is not a smart idea to update them too much, would make too many people realize what is truly going on following the massleaving hihi
Feb update, the reborn of ffonline on gw2, let's see.
