Hey guys I wanted to build a guardian for the sole purpose of helping people out in any and all dungeons in whatever mode. I had a few builds online that I wanted to follow and was wondering if the community would be kind enough to give me feedback on them?

First build has a lot of bad traits and little synergy.
The second build (video), is a pretty solid and standard build. I personally favor Knight gear over Soldier, since you lose out on some Vitality, but get higher crit chances; equaling more damage and more Procs (Vigor/Might/heals/Sigils). I also prefer taking 10 out of Honor and putting it in Radiance for Signet Mastery (20% off heal and 5% more crit chance). But Pure of Voice is a solid Major trait as well.
A lot of people using this build favor two-hand weapons so it's interesting to see it done with 1-handers. The mace works really well with Altruistic Healing (AH), but the sword does not. If you plan on using a sword+focus for just utility then that make since, but the Staff would be a better overall weapon for this build because it gives unique support, range damage, and synergizes better with AH.

i mean what do you want to do? Guardians can fill any role, or you can spread out and be a multiple of things. focusing on one thing is going to make other aspects suffer, thats a fact.
i am personally sporting a heavy support dungeon build and my dps sucks because of it. but between empower, protection and aegis, no one is complaining.
