I had the hardest time getting onto an overlfow server last night. The rumor I heard was ANet made it harder to get onto overflows by increasing the number of players that could be in LA on your home server.
Why in the world woud ANet do this? Do they not realize the only thing making grouping for fractals possible formost people are those overflow servers and gw2lfg.com?

Jesus, every little change and the complainers come out of the woodworks.
I assure you, they didn't intend to make fractals any harder for you to find groups, it was a side effect of a GOOD change, allowing more people into the main town.

A bandaid for a nicked artery.
The open world is still dead. They're just apparently trying to keep playing on their home servers. Or something. It's not really the most optimal way to foster a community.

It would be a good change if the game had guesting and a decent LFG system.

Everytime I was looking for an overflow I made a lfg for overflow first. And always there were some kind ppl that took me there. So I guess it works.
