Hey all,

Tomorrow I have classes till 1 and will probably be able to return by 2 pm EST.
Is the event going to be a one time thing? As in only the people who got there at the moment the clock hit 1 will be able to do the event? Or is it going to last the whole day until the craft moves to the next city?

I'll assume he stays in the capital from 1pm EST until 1pm EST the next day, but even you wait until Tixx gets to LA, you can go and do all of them until Wintersday is done.

It has been confirmed on the official forums by an Arena.Net employ that that is exactly what happens.  No one time events have been announced at this time.
