Anyone know what I can do with Mystical Cogs and Wads of Enchanted Stuffing? Where can i find Wintersday crafting recipes?

I want to know about this too, also i got a ventari frame it said to craft a ventari toy mini pet need  250 cogs, drops of magic glue and stuffing. Gathering materials. What About the other items whe get? Socks, sweather and hats.

As Keepy said - if you read the tooltip of the ventari toy frame, it tells you that you need to combine it with 250 cogs, enchanted stuffings and magic glue to build a mini pet.

The socks, sweaters and hats can be exchanged at the Lion's Arch Guard right next to the Mystic Forge in LA with the Candy Map-Icon on its head for Christmas weapon skins, exotic insignia recipes and more gifts.
