According to the patch notes:

"Vials of Condensed Mists Essence no longer drop after scale 10"

I am currently on lvl 11 and still haven't seen a single Mists Essence due to my normal terrible bad luck with all MMO drops since the genre was invented.

Can anyone confirm that they still drop AT level 10?

Thanks, but I am completely capable of understanding the written word.

I am asking if anyone can confirm they actually are still dropping. As in...has anyone actually seen one drop?

I want to know for 100% certainty if I can stop doing lvl 9 fractals.

I had one drop from 10 just after I posted the above post (which...well, seems kinda dooshy now that I'm not in a party of pugs who fail to grasp simple concepts and therefor alittle irritated, so sorry for that pugs just anoyy the hell out of me its not even funny how stupid people can be).  Wrote while dead for the 8th time in a row after being the last one standing, can't stay alive on my own forever lol.

Anyway, yes they still drop in level 10.

Amen, same reason because i don't even waste 1 minute more with lv10 daily with a pug
