i want to ask  if the endles wintersday tonic is soulbound or not and howmany people got it dropped. and from wich bag u got it dropped ?

I wish to know the same thing about the endless toymaker's tonic like whether I can use it but still trade it later.

@ OP: Got mines from giant wintersday gift (got it at the 200 out of the 600 gifts I've opened)

Ok confirmed by me. Using tonic will not make it soulbound to you as of this post.
