It says "Binds to account" but having paid 99.99 gold for this thing i'm not about to trust a tooltip written by Anet. Does anyone know?

Havent been able to find the item it turns into after you use it the first time.

Tool Tips in terms of soul bound, account bound or unbound has never been an issue that I've ever heard of. For someone willing to pay that much for a vanity item, you sure seem have a lot of hostility towards Anet. Buyers remorse perhaps? lol

No no not at all.

And there are examples, like the mystic salvage kit. It says account bound but is actually soulbound and has been pointed out repeatedly by players, requires 2 minutes worth of coding to be fixed but hasn't been.

Well it took me 14 boxes to get the Kit lol... I guess I got lucky. The funny thing is I was trying to get 3 mini pets to craft Foostivoo the Merry and that overall took me 30 boxes but on the way there I just so happened to get the hairstyle kit.
