I only played for like 3 days and then I'm back into this game from last couple of days. Warrior is level 45 but I feel like thief how long does it take to level a new character up to 80?

Depends on how you level.

With crafting you can get there within a few hours (if you have the resources or the money to buy them of course)
But leveling while playing the game as usual it should take a week or two I would say. If playing a few hours per day.

Casual, no full craft, lots of exploring, few dungeons : ~150h gameplay
Second char, crafting money investment, boosts, 20+ dungeon runs : < 60h gameplay
You can short this again with multiple crafting professions (you need gold) and a good party to make lots of AC runs.

I took almost 200 hours casually leveling up my first character through exploration and limited crafting. But you can definitely speed level a character if you're not interested in low level PvE. Dungeons and crafting give great exp. If you have money, craft yourself up to level 35, gear up and do AC runs.

i don't think it takes 200 hours, even casually. just log in to do your daily achievement everyday and you'll get there much faster.
pick up 1 crafting profession. drops are usually sufficient to keep one more or less up to your level.

Took me 3 days to level my first character (during headstart), about 15 hours a day.
So yeh, its not long at all if you have the time.
