Not possible - especially with your budget... unless you mean Max settings @ 1024 x 768 resolution and even then it may be CPU Bound.

I agree that you'd likely end up being CPU bound. The laptop you listed will still churn out a decent 60fps without supersampling at it's native resolution though. Even a GTX680m can't push past 60fps at 1080p in every situation with a much faster CPU so it should be alright for an 80ish fps at 1366x768, but it will never fit in your budget.
