Hard decision for me and it's going to be human. I'm going to make this my main and name it Rouge  or Rouge Xalon.

Rouge means Red in french btw

Humans female, the most beautiful ingame. Male humans just look a bunch of gay. Jeez everytime i see one i expect a "yuuuuhuuuu". Now add a Kudzu/ any other girly legendary weapon to them..
And rouge fit a girl perfectly. Rouge xalon a bit less, it's more a male name than a female one, maybe

I would go with a human female as well, I have a fremale human Theif i just use for PvP, because I really like the look of the chracter and the armos you can get

Since rouge is a form of make-up, the name would probably fit a female character better. "Rouge" was a somewhat derogatory name for rogues in WoW.

It also means the colour red which was the one I'm referring to.

I used a make-over kit to get a sex-change on my female thief

I really didn't like the female animations on the thief + the running animation (and especially with the IMS signet) annoyed me deeply.
So now I got a nice male thief.

And you're never gonna find armor that fits your female aswell as this armor fits my male thief.

I'm going for female to get the human T3 culturals. They look awesome on thief. Male thiefs work fine as well, but I don't really like the T3 on them.

I completely disagree with this.  My human male looks like my favorite rugby player (Jerome Kaino) and is very masculine and in fact, I was approached by someone from South Africa who asked if I was female and if I knew rugby.  You just have to know how to create them.  Human females look like teenage girls.  I tried to create several of them and they just look way too young for my tastes.  The most beautiful women in the game are Norns which is why I have 4 very short Norn women.

I have 2 Thieves. 1 male and 1 female. Male was the first char I made in GW2 (in betas). I made a female Thief because I wasn't happy with the male selection of armor. You either look like a Power Ranger/ Altair-Wannabe/ Uchiha Sasuke. As a female however, you have access to under-boob so it's all good.

I prefer my female to my male, I prefer it so much more that I have crafted Aether on it and will proceed to craft x2 Incinerator and Quip  for my female and not my male.

I made the 2nd Thief before they released the make-over kit. In retrospect though, I'm glad I now have one male and one female, in case they ever release new uber-cool male armors. But until such a time. Don't roll a male. They just look shite.

If you notice, it's dyed wrongly. Red is the outline for every armor-piece except the gloves. It's really distressing me. X_x

How can one character get armor from two different orders? I thought you were only able to get it from the order that you join initially.

Well its hardly a game destroying exploit. No one looses anything, except you losing your gold to the game world. So if anything is game beneficial. so how do i go about doing this "exploit" if its ever categorized as that.

Not an exploit by any means. Here's how it's done: Get a character to level 30 in the personal story so they can fully join one of the three orders. Join the order you want the gear from and go to their head quarters (Vigil Keep, Durmand Priory, Chantry of Secrets) Find the armor/weaponsmith and purchase that piece of equipment. Purchase a common (white) or fine (blue) quality item of the same kind. Use a Fine Transmutation Stone and put your Order gear and that other item in it. Choose the skin of your Order gear and the stats of the common/fine item. You now have an account bound common or fine item with the skin of your chosing and can apply this skin to any other armor/weapon of any of your characters with another transmutation stone.

100% right.

Well maybe it's dyed wrong in your eyes, but if I dye it the same way as the other parts, being red the outline, then the gloves outline are more black-ish and not red.
It's really annoying..

Try a brighter red dye just for the gloves then.

I'm not very much into Rugby and I'm looking for a slender build. Besides the point I've made my character now a Female rogue. Her names Rouge Xana.

Except 99.99% of the chest gear is trenchcoats anyway, so at best you'll look like a sexy cowboy..  Oh, btw take the hood at character-creation, because you'll never have another chance to get one (unless you make another new toon).

Honestly, OP, I think the question you should ask yourself is: do I want to look at an Altair or someone in fishnets/really, really really tight leathers/tiny tops all day? Because that's so far >90% of the high level thieves I've seen on my server.

there is a female medium armor that has half of the left boob hanging out, idk if thats your cup of tea but for a lot of people it is in fact a selling point ... .

EDIT: derp derp its human T3 Medium Armor. . . so kinda expensive. . .

Have a look through the thief screenshot-thread here. It might help you make up your mind.

Three out of 4 human thiefs I encounter are female with tier 3 cultural or Duelist armor with the biggest breast + smallest waist combo. So if you want to stand out, go male or female with a different armor.
