So what minipet do you guys think it will be for the last Tixx dungeon in Rata Sum? And what mini did you choose to make up until now?

It's a golem. The minipet part of the Bank storage spoiled that.
Gonna make myself a griffon mini. Dunno who #2 will be.
Hope we can get the others next year.

Yea, what Karuro said, the Bank mini slot spoiled it.
I did Ventari (Sylvari main) and I make the Plush Griffon tomorrow (so cute+the main is a ranger so animals yay).

I made the soldier so far. Love the look of it. The next one to make will either be the ventari or the griffon. Can't decide yet.

torn between golem and griffon, I already made a soldier (I love the animation it does and the look too, nutcracker ftw), the griffon is incredibly cute and i think golems are awesome

Don't forget that as far as we know now you can only craft 2 minipets, and you can use the armatures of the mini's to craft everlasting transformation tonics. If you put 4 everlasting tonics in the forge you can possibly craft a toymaker one, though it seems bugged atm.

If you like the griffon you could make a tonic that turns you into a bigger version you can fly around with

You're screwed out of 3 anyway. As it stands now it seems we'll only get 500 cogs, so enough to make 2 out of the 5 possible mini's.
The other 3 armatures you can turn into tonics, however, if you want the toymaker tonic you need 4 tonics and thus only 1 mini remains...

The armature for the toy mini's made by Tixx. The ones you add stuffing and glue to.

Combined with cogs they make mini's. Combined with a pile of glittering dust they make tonics. You might have to try a couple of times to get an everlasting one, but if you fail you get the armature back.

Either way, you can't get everything. You need to choose.

He means the frames you get, you can use those to make a tonic but you are then screwed out of having the mini. If you fail in making the tonic you get an gift with in it the frame again.

Appearantly it is still random.. as some people got the Endless Toymaker and some just got the Golem while others got the dolyak.. so still RNG...

I want the gryphon mini, but the way that they misspelled it really irks me and I don't think that I could stand having something such as that on my screen constantly. I hope they fix the name, then perhaps I would consider.

It's a Guild Wars thing. All the Griffons are spelled like that.
If you still find it annoying you can probably uncheck something so the name doesn't show up.

Gryphon is a perfectly valid spelling, and actually predates griffin.  It's not a GW thing, it's a language thing.  Considering it is a fantasy creature, who cares how it is spelled?

What sucks is that I used my griffon frame to make the minipet...I did this before the news of the crafted everlasting tonics arrived. I would have absolutely loved an everlasting griffon tonic, but it appears that I won't have another chance to get another frame. You can buy the minipets in the gem store, but the tonics are account bound and require the frame.

Way to not tell me about this stuff beforehand, ArenaNet. Next time let us know at the VERY START of the event. Idiots.
