Mostly, I just skip the presents at this point. There's not really anything worth farming them for anyway.

I usually trick them into aggroing neutral mobs around the area, takes a lot of pressure off when trying to solo them as a lvl 5 in a lvl 5 area.

I don't farm them, I just open the presents along the way if I see one, while doing something else.
