So I have a billion shards (literally 10) and a fair amount of globs... anyway to easily get vials from fotm?  can you downgrade shards into it?

I tried running lvl 9 fotm solo and farm grawl.. no luck...

any help would be appreciated...  this game seems stupidly dumb to have you progress in a dungeon..but have to work backwards at lower levels to get essence...

I hope there is a way to convert shards that I am not aware of.

Yes, you can downgrade 1 Shard into 3 Globs, and 1 Glob into 3 Vials.
Ex. 3 Vials = 1 Glob + 1 Mystic Coin + 1 Master's Salvage Kit + 1 Fractal Relic

Another recipe not listed there is the one to upgrade rings into their Infused version.
Infused Ring = Ring + 5 Vials + 3 Globs + 1 Shard
