Anyone else remember this? Found a picture for it, it was 100 times better user interface and was suggested it would eventually give the abilty to create your own game rooms or matches for guildies and friends or random to join maybe even be able to have locked / private matches.

Gave us alot more options and was way more user friendly.

They could have also used this interface system for toy apocalypse aswell which would of been alot better than fail hot join.

What ever happend to it? Or is it just another thing they never made it into the final release and got pulled like 100 others things they said would be in the game?

Well obviously they scrapped it completely.

I remember seeing that shot long ago, but when playing the beta I just thought meh its a temporary browser they use, it'll look like in the shot for release.

Would been nice to have match options too like choosing score limits, players limits, map choice, time limits, private or public, etc etc..

My guess is this may be the layout when Custom Arena (User Games) come out. Right now they've pushed it back and canceled it a few times which has made many of the competitive players doubt if this game will ever get the steam back to be esport.

IMO that was likely just a mockup and was never part of the functional game. I mean heck, there are references to maps that don't even exist. (Brand, probably the supposed map where a dragon randomly attacks, again never actually produced...)

I wonder if this will be in the jan/feb updates, I reckon half the stuff they are giving us was already made 80% of it and there releasing it now as "new stuff".
