How many freaking zergs do I have to wipe before I get to rest :x  Full court press non-stop!  I must say, the fights have all been epic from my end.  If SBI doesn't manage to pickup the coverage in the timezones needed, I'm gonna seriously miss fighting everyone.  Something tells me that we may be startin' to get things rollin' again.  I've been enjoying turning PvE'centric players in to finely tuned, well oiled machines, that strap the enemies on the front end of cars speeding through corn fields!  Time will tell, on the next Gerlado!

I'm quitting my job to play WvW full time...

This week has seen some crazy crazy stuff. Like, outside the box stuff. The new ninja tactic is trebs n carts right next to their targets with 50 defenders? Okay. Then, we're seeing zerg tail chasing, only for the trailing zerg to find the hunted zerg is now behind them??? We went round the prickly pear a few times there!

Fake breakout events are cool. Keep coming to our badge farm please! That NPC commander WILL try to beat the gate down bare handed if the ram gets cooked.

Parking camps has come into vogue again.

People are doin some damn creative stuff out there. It's like the fun is back. And once Grandpa SBI wakes up, we can all go out for iced cream!

Remember it is the only thing the majority of SoS plays for. They need something to fall back on after running into you in the open field.

What does winning WvWvW in Tier 1 prove really?  Nothing that I know of.  Only that your server has ther most coverage of the 3 and the others below.

It makes your epeen bigger, I remember when we were number 1, mine was like 30 ft long.  Now not being number 1 it's a mere 29 ft long

PRX is still in Seafarer's Rest, you can verify that on the real PRX's website.  They are currently winning their matchup vs Vizunah and Elona Reach.  I would've stayed there, but I don't find enough people in PVE areas...

Hey SBI, you are supposed to double-team the side that IS winning, not that the team that was winning!

LOL, seriously though, as painful as it was getting pushed out of EB for 5 min. last night, I think JQ is giving us a real wake-up call.  Our tactics have been getting sloppy and our militia is getting used to PvDoor Karma trains.  

Some things we can do:
1. immediately kick anyone in the guild (or at least suspend them) who comes into WvW and asks "where is the zerg?"

2. If your guild has less than 5 people representing in that BG, please turn off your Commander tag unless no one else is using their's. I'm tired of 5 commanders coming into a BG and all yelling "everyone on me" at the same time.

3. Chances of taking a defended tower or keep with no siege =  Daish's chances of losing his virginity

If we can get rid of these three bad habits and get back to our basics, I think we can close the gap.

Sorry for that, it just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside to see Sea of Sorrows down by such a large margin. With how much coverage SBI has lost as of late it's been my personal goal to do what I can to help Jade Quarry win this week.

Win or lose, I got to give real props to JQ from resurrecting their server.

   It looked like they were fading fast...for a couple of weeks it was hard to find any large JQ groups to fight at all.

   Whoever and however you brought your server back, you've done an outstanding job!

People are going to talk shit, people are going to make excuses; all I am going to say is wow JQ, you guys have been amazing this week. I don't know what you did to wake up your server, but this is the strongest I have ever seen you guys since we entered Tier 1. Your siege placement has been impeccable, keeps have been 10 times as hard to take as they were previous weeks, and you guys have been smartly pressuring us during our week timezones. Fantastic job, please keep this up

Win or lose this week has been full of fun, for me personally.

I'm going to be really interested (and hopeful) to see if we can maintain the momentum next week with everyone going back to work/normal routines.  I know we had a few commanders pull 12 hours sessions just running the defence across all 3 BL's at once and I doubt the same can be done every week.

I also look forward to seeing how SoS is going to rally and come back at us next week and if SBI will be able to do enough recruiting to stay in T1 or not.  Its going to be a fun week, good luck to everyone and enjoy it.

I got a chance to speak to some MIA teams on SBI, it would appear they are going to get active once more.  We'll see how that goes, apparently we had a few commanders out there MIA for no reason and no one's heard from one them in almost 10 weeks (there's one I'm worried about from DA)...

It's not over yet. SoS still has time to solve the 2nd place conundrum. How do you gain points on JQ without leaving easy points on the table for SBI?

We never solved that riddle. We just had a little luck and a timely push to not be caught in that meat grinder again.

One thing you won't be seeing is one of those "Here's How We Beat You" threads where some random writes pages of pages of explanations and diagrams, when it's all about coverage in the end.

SoS tried a new tactic this week and it backfired big time, needless to say losing this week would be good for the server.

Despite what the sore losers may say, many of us on SoS are very much enjoying this new challenge. Everyone was talking about how stale and boring NA T1 had become and this is exactly what we needed to shake things up a bit. Honestly, if it had been the same thing every week until the February update, with SoS always winning, most of us would get bored and move on to other things as many already have. No doubt we have been getting sloppy, complacent, fat and lazy.  Props to JQ for lighting the fire underneath our bums and keeping things interesting, hopefully we can learn from our mistakes and improve. You guys have certainly improved, and not only in coverage!
