Hello.

Just one, quick question. Are there any heavy armor headgears that look like a hood of some sort?

You can preview all items ingame in the PvP locker in the Mists.

Go the the PvP lobby (accessed by clicking the two sword icons on the top-left of your screen and click the button labelled Go to the Heart of the mists). Then, if you haven't been there before, proceed to the other side of the area and climb the stairs. You'll end up in the PvP lobby and to your right (left on the map) will be the PvP locker.

No there aren´t any. The closest hood like headgear you could find is probably the draconic one.

if you have a toon that uses medium armor you can use a fine transmution stone to trasnmutted to its headpiece

You can't put a medium armor skin onto a heavy armor item.  This doesn't work.

He asked for a HEAVY armor hood. Since medium armor can't be transmuted onto heavy and vica versa (and same applies to light as well) your solution is not a .. working one.
