i recently hit 80 with my warrior and want to focus on WvW with him.
I am quite new to Warrior in general and would like some advice on my build.

The Basic Idea:

The basic idea of this build is a supportive/defensive shout Warrior with some CC for WvW in coordinated groups.

The build is based on one of Liryc's Builds - a warrior from Red Guards [RG] on Blacktide - that he used in one of his videos.

https://www.youtube....h?v=xy9Zd4zkj1w - thanks to Liryc for being such a great inspiration and making me roll a warrior!

The Build:

I want to go into detail step-by-step:

Gear Stats

Healing, Utility and Elite Skills

That's it. That's my build I plan to use, once I get the gear together.

What's your opinion on it? Is the amount of defense-stacking just "too much"?
Do you think, that this kind of build is useless, due to the lack of damage?
I'd be happy about any sort of constructive critcism.

I am not too familiar with the commonly used Warrior WvW Builds out there; I am sorry, if this build is already known and used.

I am sorry for any kind of grammar mistakes - The english language is not my native language.

Thanks to anyone who took his time to read all of this!

It's a very tanky build, with good group support and CC, but you won't get a lot of damage out of it. I've been using something similar, but, I prefer Embrace the Pain to Turtle's Defense, because I find I'm getting hit so often in WvW that it makes the adrenaline bar fill up extremely quickly. Also, if you are using the warhorn, Quick Breathing is very nice, although you would have to give up Lung Capacity to get it, so it is a tough trade-off. I don't have any use for Death from Above, so I prefer to have some points in Discipline to get Fast Hands.
