How do you guys get such cool spvp armor and weapons?

I am level 16 atm. Do you get these at like 20 or 30? I know nothing about this game besides spvp. Can you craft or something?

You can make new armor and weapons in the Mystic forge that is in the mists. You need a PvP Salvage kit and some of that armor you buy from the vendors. Once you have different components you just toss them in to the forge and see what you get!
