Dungeons:
- CoE explorable (no one wanting to do that)
- CoF explorable (can't be arsed to do it)
- Arah explorable (from what I've read, it's too hard, long and has a lousy effort/reward ratio)
- CM story (no one wants to do it, and for good reason)
Professions:
- Warrior (too many of them exist, plus they get too favorable dev treatment)
- Ele (I hardly touch the F-keys. Like the warrior, too many exist)
- Necro (never liked the profession as a whole)
Misc.:
- 100% all maps
- Fully level a craft (due to how expensive they are, plus Reddit users make things worse each time someone puts up another guide)
- Make anything other than humans or norn females
- Buy cultural armor pieces
Anything anyone here hasn't tried yet

WvW: I have only been there for the monthly achievements so far. I really wanted to play it a lot when I bought GW2 and I know that some people seem to love it but I just can't get into it. All I have seen so far are massive mobs of players throwing AoE spells at each other. And if I ever met an enemy to duel on our own it was a glass cannon thief who started to disengage chaining stealth spells once he realized that he can't snipe a properly geared player. Maybe I fail to realize the appealing aspect of that game mode but so far I only experienced a chaotic zerg fest.

-haven't done any Arah explorable past the bag farm
-haven't done all explorable paths of CM, CoF, CoE
-other than 1 human, all my characters are norn(although this doesn't bother me as I hate the modeling of asura/charr and the sylvari lore is boring and annoying to me)
-haven't done world completion to 100% so I haven't seen many zones (working on this now)
-have only done 1 temple event in Orr (dwayna)
-haven't really tried s/tPvP, played it once and hated it so I never went back.
-have never been to 2 of the 3 borderlands in WvW, spend most of my time in EB when I go in

Professions:
-Necro

this saddens me since i was a fan of gvg and ha in gw1, and spvp is really the only substitute for either of those things in gw2. i just dont have the desire to join pugs or be in dedicated teams anymore. i just wanted to jump in whenever i pleased, like battlegrounds. but anet didnt take hot-join seriously enough at all so its basically useless.
its a big disappointment for me with this game. 1 of a steadily increasing list...

With how much I play these days though, it's becoming more of a list of "things I'll never get around to doing" than "things I haven't done yet".

My highest character is a lvl 70 warrior.
That warrior has 21% world completion.
The highest level area I visited is Lornar's Pass. I finished the 3 norn areas, starter charr, starter asura, starter elf, starter human and Gandarran. I never got 100% on other areas that precede Lornar's.
I finished AC, CM and the elf story. I farm AC exp.
I haven't IDed a single dye, I always sell all of them. This will change since I have 4 un-ID dyes from the PvP chests, and un-IDed PvP dyes are account bound so you need to ID them to be able to sell them. I haven't un-IDed them yet because un-IDed dyes stack.
I haven't used a single dye.
I haven't bought any gems with real money.
I never use consumables. Wait, that's a lie - once a friend gave my lvl 10-ish ranger 3 boosts and I used those. I later deleted that ranger.
I never use any of the free PvP consumables I get, nor buy chests with glory. I got some skins that I already had and I ended up simply destroying them.
Just this week I killed my first WvW invader/defender.
While I do the daily PvP achievement, I never stepped into tournaments.
Outside of creating the griffon mini/tonic - I never used the mystic forge before.
Griffon mini is the only mini besides the HoM-ones/Rytlock that I own.
I never had a female, human or elf character.
All my characters always select "ferocity" in the character creation.
Despite my AC farms, I never saw all the cutscenes in it.
I pretty much only use dropped items - I probably bought around 20 gear items, with the big majority of these items being 2 barbaric sets (I looked at the cheapest versions I could get) that I planned on T-Stoning onto my warrior's and guardian's armour once they'd get to 80. They aren't 80 yet and now I am not even sure if I'll be doing that.
I pretty much avoid waypoints unless I die.
I avoid repairs, unless we're talking about gear that gets damaged in AC. In which case I wait for it to break, hoping I'd get something to replace it with BEFORE I need to fix it. I don't mind downgrading to avoid repair costs.
EDIT:
Got my story to lvl 10.
Haven't done any of the dragons yet.

-I still want to get cooking on a character and level it to 400
-I've only done AC dungeon and would like to try the others some day
-Maybe make another legendary
-Do story mode on a character
-Do fractals past lvl 2
PvP:
-Try out sPvP one of these days
-Get one of the titles in WvW, although I believe them to be pretty much unreachable
-Complete the invader's set on my guardian (still needs the trinkets)

- Legendary(/s)
- All Mist-weapons
- 100% Map on all classes
- Hold the highest Fractal level completion *giggle*
- Have 250 of every lvl 80 requirement food *giggle*
- Have all achievements done (not including looping ones *giggle*)
*giggle*

What I still want to achieve in the game:
- a caster at lvl80
- dungeon master
- try some pvp
Have casters at lvl46 (mesmer) and 62 (ele) but I think I like the mesmer more.
- For the rest "100% world" is just extremely boring to me (I stopped at 81%);
- grinding ascended stuff also fails to excite me;
- I have 5 crafts maxed out - but that's hardly something challenging either, just a gold sink;
- Legendaries - sorry but I'm not going to grind myself silly for something that doesn't even look remotely realistic or stylish;
- From what I've heard and read, PvP isn't going to be anything exciting either. I never liked unequal zerg vs zerg (as in WAR - but at least you got nice gear rewards) and it isn't remotely like TA/RA - or CTF in WoW, which I both loved.

You should try Arah explorable, that's a very fun one, much better than any other dungeon in the game.
What I didn't do yet:
- Keg-brawling.
- Really playing WvW, only did the monthly as fast as possible, for some reason I enjoyed it in beta but can't get into it right now.
- Get a legendary
- Get insanely rich, actively working on it though.
- Dungeon master title, 1 Arah path remaining.
- Get my engi to lvl30 to get a feel for it in PvE, I just love it to much in PvP to be bothered playing PvP with it

You're not done before you tried sPvP, and you might be pleasently surprised, especially when playing with friends/guildes.
TSW is fun because it has a very extraordinary setting, it's like nothing ever done before really.
But alot of game mechanics are back to WoW style. Which made me put it down after a few hours in beta really..

- I haven't attempted any of the harder dungeon paths (cof 3, arah 4, soe... ), but that's because pugs are hard to find for those.
- I don't have any weapon crafting at 400, simply don't need it.
- dungeon story modes on both my characters
- norn story to lvl 30 for the hero achievements, i've done every other race
- diving locations achievement
- saving for legendary, I keep selling my mats and spending my gold (i do have a precursor though)

and for those of you having a hard time finding groups or pugs, there's a great site called gw2lfg.com
okay but to be a good sport and stay on topic... I haven't done any personal stories. I haven't done any dungeons other than Arah story mode and Fractals. I don't have a Legendary (yet). haven't bought any cultural armor. Have not played any light armor or heavy armor classes. I guess the list could get pretty long, but at least I've done pve AND wvw, spvp, and tpvp.

I haven't done any fractals.
I haven't done any of the holiday dungeons.
I haven't finished a personal story.
I haven't completed 100% map
I only have a level 80 ranger and thief.
I haven't done any structured pvp.
I've only maxed out weaponsmithing for crafting.
Seems like a lot that I haven't done. I really don't like the focus on dungeons so I'm not sure if I'll ever get those done.

Level an Engineer
Level a Ranger
Level a Necromancer
Get Commander and lead in WvW (with actual strategy!)
Have sex with each race in Tyria (too far? I'm a Sylvari, so it's normal, I swear)
Get decked out in legendaries
Get a cool rare/exotic Mini
Finish all Dungeon story modes and do more explorables
Do more jumping puzzles
100% map completion
Get all crafting professions to 400
Get some cool WvW titles

CoE Story,
Path 3 of every dungeon except AC,
Arah Explorable,
Every class except thief, I got a warrior and ele to 20 so I don't think it counts,
Only leveled one craft,
Havent killed Shatterer,
Havent made a legendary,
Havent done any of the jumping puzzles except Lions Arch and Lost Sores,
Havent gotten any titles,
Havent finished story,
Havent gotten any cultural gear,
probably more that I haven't thought of.

TA Explorable. I don't like the armor or the weapons...the only reason to do it would be for achievement.
Arah Explorable: Just haven't found the right group to do it.
Professions:
Necro
Ranger
I tried Engineer. Twice. Meh. Didn't get past level 10 so I guess that counts?
PvP. Not meaning WvW..because that's not PvP. I never liked it, and any structured 4 on 4 is going to have meta builds and stupid twitchy crap I have to learn and memorize in order to succeed. Meh.
TP "farming". I find min/maxing and flipping items to be boring. I don't dislike it on moral reasons...whatever, it's business. Of some sort. But I'd rather go out and kill a dragon.

What I have not attempted is soloing hard zones, but that's mostly because it's not remotely as rewarding as it was in GW1, what you can get alone you can get in a team too due to personalized loots.

Yup, those "invaders" are just AI-driven characters, bro. You're definitely not vs players.

- SPvP. Nearly got pulled in by some friends a while back, but it never kicked off and I haven't felt the compulsion to try since.
- Any story mode dungeons past CM. Nope, not even Arah. I've still got the "Kill Zhaitan" quest sitting in my top right hand corner, ignored for months because I want to do the dungeon stories in order and can't ever find a TA story group.
Then there's stuff like Fractals, explorables, getting the last ~20% of world completion, or getting any alt past level 15, but I'm thinking I really need to hit those big two first before worrying about much else.

From what I've seen as a PvPer sPvP players aren't any better than WvW ones.
Most are actually worse since they can't even get gear advantages to make up for the baddieness.
Again it's players vs other players, hence PvP. Stating it's not just because you fail at it is stupid.
